Systeme has received the following from NIPR:
IA Notification:
Effective immediately, due to the Iowa Conversion to SBS, appointments
and terminations for Iowa will not be accepted or processed through the
NIPR gateway. We will resume processing on March 23, 2007.
The
appointments and terminations that are currently pending in the NIPR
gateway will be rejected and will have to be re-applied for after the
March 23, 2007 deadline.
To all companies that have tried to appoint producers during this
conversion, your appointments will be rejected. IA auditors will allow
an exemption during the time of February 14, 2007 to March 23, 2007. For
more information on this exemption, please contact IA at 515-281-7757.
No fees should have been assessed for the rejected transactions. If you
have any questions re: fees or NIPR billing questions, please call
