New Holding Tank Policy Goes
Into Effect
It's that time of year again, when some
companies process numerous appointment
and/or termination transactions in states
that require prepayment. In order to keep
the flow of transactions uninterrupted,
Systeme Software has implemented the
following policy regarding the pre-payment
of Holding Tank Fees. We appreciate your
cooperation in this matter.
If it is necessary for you to process
transactions over any 1 week period whose
total holding tank fees will exceed $2,500,
then we ask that you please contact Systeme
Software to make arrangements for
prepayment. Failure to do so MAY result in
your transactions being held until
arrangements can be made.
To help you calculate the total amount of
fees that will be due based on your
transactions, we have provided a Holding
Tank Fee Calculator. This window can be
accessed on the Administration Menu, under
the Documentation section. Using this
window, you can get an exact figure of the
amount required to cover both the state
application fees and the usage fee for the
holding tank.
