The Personal Information Screen allows you to track the usual information stored about your employees, such as Hire Date, Term Date, Birth Date, etc. It should be noted that 11 states still use paper forms. The personal information table contains the fields that you will need to complete these forms. In addition, you can record the current status of the agent and which branch/office the agent reports to.
